GRANULATING SYSTEMS

Shibaura Machine manufactures plastic granulators that enable the recycling of plastic scrap coming from injection molding, blow molding, extrusion and other plastic processes. Shibaura Machine plastic scrap granulators can either be used as a part of the conveying system or can be used as single unit based on customer requirement

TGP – Powerful Soundproof Component Grinder

TGP series suitable for grinding rejected components with various size & shape. The motor is equipped with overload protector & interlock protection for operators' safety. Cutters are made of SKD-11 with long service life,
The standard screen mesh size for 10HP and below is 8mm; for 15HP and above is 10mm. Other spec can be customized according to specific requirements. Feeding hopper and mesh/sieve can be made of stainless steel in order to avoid painting peeling off to make material contamination that effecting colour (optional).

Salient Features
  • Hopper with 4 sides in double layers of sound proof, reducing the noise during crushing.
  • Cutters are made of SKD-11(option) with long service life.
  • The standard screen mesh size from 10-12mm

Slow Speed Grinder - TGL

Slow speed grinders are specially designed for recycling plastics at 25-30 rpm speed. It is specially designed with blades for crushing various defective products made of rigid plastics and brittle plastics such as PC, nylon, ABS and so on.
All these models are characterized with low speed and high torque, low noise, less powder generation, easy operation, cutting in even and no overheating in operation.
